Session I: Outdoor Activities

Careful planning is going into the activities that will be facilitated at Hawk Sports Camp.

This year we will have a giant inflatable obstacle course! (see picture above)

Things are constantly being added and planned for the kids who participate. Here is a list of just a few of the activities for the kids during this session:

Tug-o-war

Three legged race

Balloon toss

Kick ball

Moon Walk
Obstacle course
Shuttle runs
Relay races
Broad jump

Fire truck spray

Session II: Football & Cheerleading

Football:

• Basic skills training
• Agility training
• Drills
• Footwork
• Foot-eye-hand coordination

According to age/skill level, basic fundamentals will be taught which include but are not limited to:

• Proper line-up (2-3-4 stance)
• Blocking
• Ball handling
• Tackling
• Angle of pursuit techniques
• Run-block skill sets
• Receiving
• Basic football rules

It is the sole purpose of Session II to get our youth prepared to play flag and tackle football at a fun and competitive level.

If you desire special advanced personal instruction, away from HSC, please contact Cory Martelli.

We will divide our players into 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12 year old age groups, also taking into consideration existing skill levels and playing abilities.

Cheerleading will follow some of the same skill-level tactics from beginner to advanced.

HSC profits go directly back to the Canyon Lake youth community!  HSC's records are available to the public upon written request.

Money collected, raised and donated goes directly to CL Hawk youth activities. HSC does not keep, hold any monies as profit! We are 100% a volunteer organization.
